Ricardo Pistola

Ricardo Pistola (Porto, 1980) completed his degree in Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (2003). Throughout his career, he has explored art education and the visual arts, obtaining a master's degree (2013) and a doctorate (2018) from the same institution. His artistic practice includes collaborations, such as his partnership with the Viarco Pencil Factory in 2008. His work has been exhibited at art fairs and galleries, including shows in Miami, Brussels, Madrid and Lisbon. In 2020, he presented Repetition for a false Landscape at the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair. He has also taken part in group exhibitions such as Trap (2012) and Escape (2011).
