Manuel Casimiro

Manuel Casimiro was born in Porto (1941) and still lives and works in the city.
He is a painter, sculptor, photographer, designer, and filmmaker. He had his first exhibition in 1968 at Galeria 111 in Lisbon: Le Cauchemar; Peindre Photographier, Jules Chéret Museum, Nice (1986); Retrospective, Serralves Foundation, Porto (1996); Bridges, Column Room, Historical Building and Imaginary Museum (Pátio das Escolas), Salamanca Cultural Capital (2002); Caprichos, Berardo Museum, Lisbon (2008).
