Jorge Feijão

Jorge Feijão (Sarcelles, France, 1971) lives and works in Caldas da Rainha. He studied Fine Arts at the School of Art and Design in Caldas da Rainha. His first solo exhibition was held in 2004, at the Sala do Veado, National Museum of Natural History, Lisbon. Other solo exhibitions followed between 2006 and 2008 at the VPF Cream Arte Gallery and Voyeur Project View, Lisbon; in 2009, at EAUM's Studio One, in Guimarães, and at the CCC in Caldas da Rainha, in 2010 and 2011. He has regularly participated in group exhibitions since 1991, including: Armaposta, Galeria Trem, Faro/National Capital of Culture, 2005; Fazer Falar o Desenho, Museu de Arte Contemporânea do Funchal, Madeira, 2007; Negativo/Positivo, MiMo , Leiria, 2010; Oracular Spectacular - Desenho e animismo, CIAJG - Centro Internacional das Artes José de Guimarães, Guimarães, 2015.
