Joana Lucas

Joana Lucas (Lisbon, 1979) has a degree in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. In 2003 she received an Erasmus grant from the Statens kunstakademi, Oslo, Norway. She has an advanced course in photography from the Portuguese Association of Photographic Art. She was awarded the Leonardo da Vinci Scholarship by KMAntenne, Berlin, Germany in 2005/2006. She lives and works between Berlin and Lisbon.
