Brígida Mendes

Portugal

Brígida Mendes (Tomar, 1977) lives and works in Portugal and the Netherlands. She holds a degree in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon and an MA in photography from the Royal College of Art, London, where she received the Photographer's Gallery Graduate Award. In 2008 and 2009 he was a resident at the Rijksakedemie van Beeldende Kunsten, Amsterdam.
